This is a fabulously rich and flavorful Riesling with all the wonderful aromas of tangy apricots and honey that we often get in outstanding vintages. The wine has an off-dry character that is more than amply balanced by a pleasant, bright, crisp finish. It's a delight to sip this Riesling on its own and enjoy its simple, fresh fruitiness. It also is an excellent accompaniment to fruits, cheeses and rich shellfish, such as Dungeness crab, scallops and lobster.
