Shipping Policy

We will process and ship all orders within three to five business days of receipt. You will be given a choice of shipping options and prices at the time you place your order.

Return Policy

In compliance with New York State Liquor Authority Laws:

• All sales are final. The only exception is if we ship the wrong item, in which case it can be returned to us (we will pay shipping) and exchanged only for the correct item. No other exceptions.
• An adult, over 21 years of age, with valid identification must be present and sign for delivery. The ONLY acceptable forms of ID are: Driver's License, Passport or Military ID.
• An extra delivery fee is incurred at your expense if DHL attempts and fails delivery twice. A failed delivery will occur if an adult with proper ID is not present to sign for delivery.
